Does Nauman only work on commercial construction projects in Lancaster County?
No! We feel that our most efficient working area is within one hour travel distance from our facility located southwest of the city of Lancaster. This would include counties surrounding Lancaster in Pennsylvania and several counties in northern Maryland.

At what stage in the project planning process should I contact Nauman?
As early in the process as possible. We can be an invaluable resource for you at all stages of the planning and building process. Drawing on our extensive experience, we can provide our customers with advice and guidance that may be difficult to find elsewhere. Keep in mind that we do not charge for consultation work.

Is there a minimum size of project that Nauman is interested in working on?
Nauman routinely completes projects which total under $1,000.00. Many of our repeat customers began with small repair projects. We offer this service because we feel there is no better way for you to experience first hand the quality of our personnel and the professional manner in which your project is handled.

Do I need to hire an architect to work with Nauman?
The design professionals for your project can be handled in several ways. We can provide this service for you, we can assist you in attaining proposals from several firms, or we can work with design professionals you have chosen.

How does Nauman select qualified subcontractors?
Nauman maintains a book of pre-qualified subcontractors, most of which have worked with us for many years. New subcontractors are only added to our list after receipt of references and satisfactory completion of at least one project. Upon completion of a project, the involved subcontractors are reviewed and unsatisfactory performance may lead to their removal from our pre-qualified bidders list.

Does Nauman warranty their construction services?
Yes. In fact our new design/build projects are covered by a 3-year workmanship warranty. We believe we are the only construction company in the area to provide this added peace of mind. Include link to get them to 3-year warranty info

Who designs your custom cabinets?
We have two full time designers on staff to assist you in creating a finished product that meets you needs. We also can price and fabricate from detailed drawings provided by others.
