Our three-year workmanship warranty.
The Nauman name has long stood for uncompromising quality and excellent service but few know about the warranty behind the commitment.

H. W. Nauman & Son, Inc. believes that the quality of work performed by its employees and subcontractors exceed the normal in the industry. Therefore, we extend to our design/build customers a warranty on all workmanship for new projects for a period of three years. State law and most contracts require a warranty period of one year.

Nauman is committed to providing the highest possible quality and service to all our customers. It is our intent to deliver a lasting product and warranty that exceeds the law and contract requirements.

The three-year warranty covers workmanship issues only and is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the contract documents. In the event no contract documents are associated with a project, then the terms and conditions are in accordance to the AIA Document A201-1997.
