Nauman Companies has named Sean P. Cotter of Lancaster as Director of Business Development. He will be responsible for developing business for the commercial and residential construction firm, as well as opportunities for custom casework and cabinetry for the cabinetry division of Nauman.

Previously he was Director of Marketing for Cooper Custom Homes, Lancaster, following six years of service in the United States Marine Corp. Sean earned a B.A. in Psychology from Millersville University.
